How to Use Your Sage Holder

1. Prepare your sacred space – open a window or door to let stagnant energy flow out.

2. Place your sage or incense in your ceramic holder and light the tip until it begins to smoke.

3. Use a gentle fanning motion to guide the cleansing smoke through your space, around your body, or over sacred objects.
